| dc.description.abstract | Süt dişi travmaları çocuk hastalarda sıklıkla görülen ve alttaki daimi dişte gelişimsel anomali oluşturma riski yüksek olan yaralanmalardır. Süt dişi travmasının tipi alttaki daimi diş jerminde oluşacak olan hasarın tipini ve şiddetini etkilemektedir. Süt dişlerinde oluşan travmatik yaralanmalar içerisinde alttaki daimi dişte en fazla hasar oluşturan yaralanmanın intrüzyon yaralanması olduğu bildirilmiştir. Bu olgu sunumunda 1.5 yaşında geçirilmiş olan süt dişi intrüzyonuna bağlı olarak sol üst santral ve lateral dişinde gelişimsel defektler oluşmuş olan 11 yaşında bir hasta rapor edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Traumatic injury to the primary dentition is a common occurrence. The potential for disturbances of the developing germs of the permanent incisors is relatively high following injuries to their predecessors. The type of injury to the primary teeth influences the type and severity of disturbances of the permanent successor germs. The highest prevalence of developmental disturbances of permanent teeth after trauma to their predecessors has been recorded after intrusive injuries of primary teeth. In the present case, developmental disturbances of maxillary left central and lateral teeth of an 11 year–old patient resulting from the total intrusion of the left central primary incisor tooth at the age of 1.5 is reported. | en_US |
