Chondroid syringoma (mixed tumor of the skin) is a rare benign neoplasm of the sweat glands which often occurs in the head and neck region. We present a 73-year-old white farmer man with a mass in the anterior surface of the upper lip that was histologically diagnosed as a chondroid syringoma after surgical wide excision. There were no signs of recurrence during a follow-up of 14 months.en_US
