Egg production by three species of Pardosa was studied over a 3-year period in a grassland, a fallow field, and a meadow in Northumberland (England). Differences in egg production were found to be related to the size of the female spiders and habitat structures. Influence of localities and egg production in subsequent years are discussed.en_US
