Özet
The purpose of the current study is to investigate the relationships between middle school teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and their organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The universe of the study consists of 994 teachers working in secondary schools in K & imath;r & imath;kkale in the 20212022 academic year and there were 371 participants in this study. As the data collection tools, the Organizational Justice, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction scales were used. In the analysis of the collected data, correlation, regression and path analyses were used together with descriptive statistics. In the study, it was revealed that there is a significant, positive and medium correlation between the teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and their organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The results of the study show that the indirect effect of organizational justice on job satisfaction through organizational commitment is stronger than its direct effect
